To schedule an appointment with Align Orthodontics, please call (360) 817-2747 or complete our online Request an Appointment form for a free orthodontist consultation. If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
